Okay, so my mom kept telling me she posted a new poem she wrote on her blog, Poise-Pics-Poems, and I finally got the time to check it out.
And...WOW!
My mom, much like me, has a dark side! Looks like I get the twisted portion of my horror writes from her after all. Her poem is about Death and would go hand in hand as an introduction from an idea I started writing long ago, but have really pushed aside due to my other WIPS just shouting for attention. It is purely awesome, I want her to submit this into a Poem Anthology call for Dark Fantasy/Horror, or something.
Bottom line, if you like dark and Grim Reaper's you MUST check this poem out.

ReplyDeleteMy mom definitely doesn't have a dark side. At least I haven't seen it in the quilts she's made. Or maybe I haven't looked close enough. ;)
