The PERFECT Board Game!

Board Games are considered old fashion, but they're totally classic and tons of fun. Lately, a lot of these are going down in price because everyone is wanting technology gadgets for presents. Honestly, there are some super sweet things going around like the new Kindle and the hundred of amazing DSi XL games (like Just Sing, oh yeah, I am so getting that with the microphone for Christmas).

The point is, I went over to a friends house the other night and played Scattergories. It was funny, funny, funny. Maybe because we had a few drinks, I don't know. After we played that though, key words stuck with me. Words I wanted to put in my novel, like darkness and lounging, little things like that. It's a great idea to pick out words from your ordinary vocabulary to make your writing have those defining moments and I thought this is an awesome idea to get the ball rolling. Or Brain Age, the word scramble or spelling challenges, those list off some random words.

What are some things you like to do to expand your writing vocabulary?
